How successful is the average estate sale? 99% of the time, we sell 85-90% of the estate’s salable items. Unlike consignment shops where items might sit for a long time, we adjust prices daily to ensure a successful sale. An item is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
Do you clean the house after the sale? No, our job is to liquidate the house’s assets. We will be happy to setup Junk Removal services to you if you would like.
When is the best time to hold an estate sale? Estate sales are held year-round. Time or weather is generally not a factor however in inclement weather, we can adjust plans accordingly.
How is Quintessential Estate Sale Services paid? We are paid on commission only. Our commission is deducted from the proceeds of the sale. No upfront fees. We work hard to ensure a successful sale because referrals are earned through our dedication and service.
